Inside Declutter Your Home and Life, we follow the structure of the KonMari Method, working through your home category by category rather than room by room.

But the process isn’t just about deciding what to keep and where things go. Together we explore the thinking underneath the clutter, including the guilt, the “just in case,” and the identities we have been holding onto, so that your decisions become clearer and lasting change becomes possible.

Each week includes:

Clear video guidance

You’ll receive simple, structured explanations of the category we are working through and how to approach it.

Practical worksheets

These help you reflect on your decisions and stay focused on what matters most.

Weekly live group coaching

Sometimes I teach. Sometimes we work through real situations participants are facing. These conversations often unlock the biggest breakthroughs.

A private 1-to-1 session with me

Because sometimes you need support specific to your own home and circumstances.

Supportive accountability

You’ll have a space to say “I’m stuck here” without judgement and explore what’s behind that stuckness.

The rhythm is steady and manageable. You are not expected to clear your entire house in a week.

Instead, you build momentum through consistent progress.
